The Malichor plague, colloquially referred to as the Malichor, is a deadly disease in GreedFall. People are fleeing to the island Teer Fradee, to avoid the plague and to find a cure.
Symptoms of the plague include nausea, blindness, fatigue, loss of feeling in the legs, and black lines and splotches on the body and face. It seems to be transmitted through imbibing something contaminated with the plague such as food or drink. It does not seem to transmit on contact.
Malichor is also present in blood. The blood of patients turns dark in the early stages and goes darker as time goes on.
Malichor tends to develop moderately as the progression of the plague is clearly visible.
